We are a family-owned company that has remained independent for more than 70 years. In an industry where companies have come and gone, and have been bought and sold, we’ve remained focused on organic growth. By listening to our clients, and by focusing on relationships and long-term value, we have grown into one of the top independent insurance brokers in America with three offices and more than 250 employees.

Our founder, James W. Jenkins, and his son, James C. Jenkins, built an organization that was committed to important values. Those values remain with us today and represent the foundation of our organizational culture.
